Our focus and goal in this collaboration and knowledge sharing within the EU is to find ways to develop tomorrow’s web-based training regarding technologies and tools for pedagogy, andragogy and didactics.

Our vision is to widen our cooperation with leading countries in web-based training and countries that have great need to develop web-based learning. Countries we will focus on is USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, India and China.

2016: Skills development at EAEC in Cyprus

Genom att delta i Erasmus+ projekt, höjer Miroi både internationaliseringen och kompetenserna för sin personal som ett utbildningsföretag. Under våren och sommaren har lärare och administrativ personal deltagit i olika kurser som European Association of Erasmus Coordinators på Cypern erbjuder.

I slutet av maj åkte 11 medarbetare till Protaras, Cypern för att delta i olika kurser. Fem medarbetare (både lärare, ledning och administrativ personal) deltog i kursen ”Learning Human Resource Management in an Education Context” och sex lärare deltog i kursen ”Effective Communication Skills and Crisis Management”.

I juli en lärare och två administratörer åkte till Agros in Trodos berget, Cypern och deltog i kursen ”Preparation of proposals and management of European projects under Erasmus+”, samt en lärare deltog i kursen ”Learning Mathematics through new communication factors”.
